Hello pretty awesome! It going to be Raya soon. I bet everyone is preparing for a fantastic eve.How's that going? As for me, it's never enough..I like to think Raya as the point where I try my hardest to take care of myself and beautified for Raya from head to toe. I knew that there's products out there offers whitening of teeth. Honestly, I'm too skeptical to try it out. Does it really work? Do stay till the end of the post. Plus White 5 Minute Speed Whitening System is a system that contains 3 items which is Plus White Tartar Control Pre- Whitening Rinse, Plus White Speed Whitening Gel and Plus White Comfortable Cushioned Mouth Tray. This is definitely a complete fast & easy enamel- friendly system with bleaching power for whiter and brighter teeth.

When firstly encounter with this product, I was like, for real? 5 minutes only? I honestly scared because of unknown chemical contain .However, after using this, I haven't had any bad reaction afterwards And they also had this 'money back guarantee' stated on the box. So, I figured, what the heck, let's just give it a try. As instructed, this should be use twice daily for two weeks. It should be working within the first application of this.

 This system is certainly easy as you can do it right in the comfort of your own home or even anywhere. This system uses the complete process with the oxygenating action of peroxide that systemically whitens your teeth. 

Now, here's how easy you use this system. Totally no brainer.

1) Rinse mouth with the diluted(Tartar Control Pre- Whitening Rinse 1: 3 of plain water) for 2- 3 seconds.

2) Use toothbrush without toothpaste to brush teeth. (this is to prepare teeth for optimal whitening by loosens and removes plaque on teeth, this will enables the next step gel to lift away stains more effectively.

3) Rinse mouth with water.

4)Take your mouth tray, ( notice the top indicator for upper teeth), you can choose either to whiten both upper or lower teeth or just one part. Squeeze a small continuous line of Plus White Speed Whitening Gel into the tray.

5) Carefully insert mouth tray into mouth. Position the mouth tray over teeth and bite down gently. Very little pressure is needed to achieve maximum results.

6) Wipe off excess gel from your gums or any other area than teeth.

7) Leave in for 5 minutes for regular whitening. For badly stained or yellow teeth, allow 15 - 20 minutes.

8) Remove mouth tray and rinse mouth several times with cool water thoroughly.

9) Rinse mouth tray in lukewarm water and air dry.

10) Wash hands with soap and water after whitening process.

Do remember, any beauty item have it's own guideline. Be sure to read carefully the instruction before consuming anything.

I know all the rules are a bit boring for you guys to be using this product, however, I feel that it's a must to mention all of these because safety is priority number one.

Like I said before, I'm quite scared to use this at first, especially with the contain of hydrogen peroxide. As I'm in medical line, I use hydrogen peroxide often for wound dressing. Yes, you may expect clean wound with peroxide but as you see it in action, its actually dangerous. So, I went googling to make sure that this is totally safe for beauty. Turns out that peroxide had been approve by FDA and known worldwide as the ingredients in most teeth whitening. First time using this, the first rinse part is easy peasey like I said. I accidentally put a large amount of gel into mouth tray and got my mouth feeling a bit of burning sensation but bearable. After 5 minutes, I can't believe that I can already see my teeth became whiter and fresh. I have to say, this system is easy but you'll need time and comfort place to do it because trying not to swallow the gel while you're waiting for five minutes is a bit challenging. Afterwards, you'll see tremendous changes to your teeth no kidding! After few times using this, I guess I already get use to the minty feeling of the gel. After the whole process, you would feel dryness of lips afterwards, so be sure to prepare balm to encounter dryness. One time of using this system can make the results lasted for log time provided you'll continue brushing your teeth and take care of them. Overall, I love the result that I've experienced. Never thought that I might have brighter teeth. I've tried toothpaste so many times but never work out, I would recommend this if you're looking for a great whitening system with affordable price. You might see your teeth slightly stained if you skip few days of using this system. But hye! I'm so glad it works!
