{PICTORIAL} Looks using NYX Cosmetics Parallel Worlds collection: inspired by City of Bones 'The Mortal Instruments'

Hello Beauties! How's your day? Hopes everything going to be well;)

Few days back I had attend Benefit Cosmetics Boutique for a Beauty Bash at Starhill in Sephora.
It was an amazing day for me as it was my dream to have some Benefit. Well..after ended the beauty bash, I had times to stroll around Sephora. At first, I was just going to see some stuff but then ended up buying things...Oh my...this is why I couldn't save any money...everything seems tempting...
However, the things I ended up buying turns up to be the best thing ever...and it's only one with few things in it....the best part of it...it's only for RM65...Felt lucky the whole day that day....

Still, that Sephora Makeup Academy Blockbuster are yet to be mine....

Well that day I stumbled upon pARALLEL wORLDS mAKEUP cOLLECTION BY NYX. Somehow, Thanks to +Tammy Lim and +FarishaNadia that influence me to buy this. And I did not regret buying this at all...

Basically this collection are inspired based on this movie called The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones
I look through the trailer and didn't find any specified looks that I wanted to do using this collection..But am excited to see this movie soon. I love everything mystic vampirey hutress feel of this movie. When I have the free time to do so I will take my time to enjoy this movie...

Seeing the main actress, the trailer and the vibes that this movie brings, it inspires me to do my own looks.

Anyhow....I bet you wanna see what's inside the box?

For RM65 (not sure the current price), It is definitely the best Makeup Collection ever. The packaging looks divine and classy.

You'll get everything you need to do a whole makeup look.

You'll get

4) STUDIO LIQUID LINER IN EXTREME BLACK

6) JUMBO EYE PENCIL IN CASHMERE

So, the looks I decided to do is suitable for both day and night look in my opinion. I uses every color in the palette except for the black.

Starting from the base, I've applied the white shadow, followed by light brown on the brow bone area, next I'm taking grey color to apply on the crease area. I then applied the purple and blue color shadow on lid focusing on the outer V and blend. And then I applied eyeliner,mascara, blushers, lip cream and also some shimmer (optional).

How do I look?

I like the shadows..really pigmented...but I just wish there's other color like red that could go with the theme.

The blush are OK I guess. I wish the jumbo pencil would be in different color. 

Liquid liner are really black and the brushes are easy to handle and draw thin lines...the only thing that I 'm not sure about is my eyelid feels a bit stinging for a while applying this. 

I love the lip cream..it is matte..the color is a safe color be worn with any  looks. I love the smell. Smells like ice cream.

The least favorite item would be the mascara...it's just doesn't provide volume or length to my lashes as much as I wish to...

Overall, I'm truly recommending this to all.
