I love to eat!

I think I look happy when I eat.

Literally I do! I don't really believe in restricting food to be beautiful. Don't get me wrong, I love being beautiful, but I love eating too.
Beautiful is subjective, and you can be either skinny or fat and either you're eating or not. (Just my opinion)

Recently, me and my sis had a lot of fun photographing with that yummy cuppies. It's a festive season by the way. You'll find every places you go decorating so full of  'excitement-full' on this jolly month.

After that tiring day, I couldn't even move a muscle to cook or even eat outside and to add, I didn't get enough sleep, didn't get enough rest and even I have to work night shift! :( but why argue when you can have anything you want?

Me and my sis decided to order from Foodpanda.my

Well, for those who didn't know.. 

Foodpanda is basically a website (yes, it's all about technology baby!) where you can order food online and deliver right at your doorsteps.

The difference between Foodpanda and other food delivery service is that it has this HUGE NUMBER OF RESTAURANTS PARTICIPANT ALL OVER COUNTRY. Hence, rather than expecting that some o food you ordered yesterday and the day before, you'll get to have something different everyday as you wish.

As simple as the video was, that is how simple you order from Foodpanda.

Here, I'm going to go more details on how to order from your apps and 

why do I love ordering food from them bits by bits.

• Foodpanda is available on Google play, App store and even Window Phone Store.
• Downloading the apps would take just seconds and you'll be brought to option where you're required to choose country. Foodpanda is available over 26 countries which I thought is pretty amazing especially if I'm travelling and clueless in what to eat.
• I also love that it has this GPS location interface where you can simple click on it if you have no idea where you are and Foodpanda figure it out for you.

• Same as the website, you'll find yourself getting use to the easy Foodpanda interface in no time.

• On the phone and even on their page, you'll find this 'filter' option. Here, you can easily filtered your search according to your preference.
• As a Muslim, I'm very concern on having my meal Halal. I appreciate that they stated everything you need to know of the restaurant you want to order so you'll be sure that you're ordering at the right place.
• Aside from ordering in for yourself, if you're feeling generous, there's an option where you'll be able to sponsor food for less fortunate as low as RM10. I sincerely think it's quite noble of them to have this kind of option cause not many are daring enough to do this kind of intervention as they scared of not getting profits out of it. I personally would donate a food because I believe in giving myself. 

• And if you're as confuse as me when it comes to ordering take outs, the pictures and the price that goes along with the description will ease your mind. I hate when ordering on phones and you won't be able to imagine for sure what you order. Hence, having pictures is definitely great for me. It also increase my appetite.

• I also wouldn't mind the availability of the price order cause I just hate hidden charges like some restaurant delivery service did. Say YES to NO HIDDEN CHARGES!

• When I ordered that day, I saw a section where they put deals of the week. This is definitely a plus for food lover like me cause everyone likes a few bargain aight? And they have restaurants that I didn't tried yet. So, hello to adventure.
• After all that temptation, it's time to checkout. Here, I found out that you can save your order for later, or actually set the time of delivery. This definitely great when you have limited time or you simply hate waiting. 
• They even have preorder option if you're planning for tomorrow's breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tell me if that doesn't impress you?

•  Upon checking out, you have 2 options. Whether to pay online or just COD (Cash on delivery). This is really convenience for those who have not cash on hands and need food badly.

• And as everything goes online, the receipt also available via electronic devices which is much safer for future reference. This enables me to print as much as I need in case any trouble rises which I doubt.
•  As promised, my food arrived exactly on time as it states. I really think the delivery time is appropriate considering the food you're ordering is special. And one time, they delivery took a little bit late than expected but I'm okay with that since they told me in advance.

A big thumbs up for the delivery man as well for being such a sport in me taking his photo (didn't manage to get his name in time). I ask him to detour a bit and send my food to the nearest pickup place at my office and he didn't even complain which by the way.. I work in hospital and I ask him to wait for me near mortuary.. So ya, that's great!
He even delivered my food safe and sound without spilling even though he's just motorcycling.

And of course! The food was yummies!! But I didn't take photo cause it was already in my mouth straight to stomach due to tireness and hungryness.

From ordering to delivering is totally makes me satisfied but I didn't stop there. In order to complete my Foodpanda shopping experience, I also look at their customer service quality.
As a customer, I always feels that fast and good response is my main criteria in choosing place where I shop. This is important cause I get anxious when I have to deal with something involving money. The availability of the chat interface is something I feel convenience and appropriate. 

 I also had emailed them regarding few issues and I love that they response quickly unlike few online shop.

I'm also happy that they have social media platform for easier way to reach out to them and see updates.

Phew, I think I have a lot of good points on Foodpanda which I genuinely wrote. Ultimately, here's a sums up of what do I think of them.

I think being the first few food delivery service that offers amazing system is definitely great. Not to sound cheesy, but I do think it's something innovative cause you'll be able to order something different every time you feel like eating. It's relevant in today's world as people are so busy with work and life that sometimes they forget about quality family meal. 

I would say it could be better when I realize that it has no cancel option once you ordered your food (or I do not know how to) This is minor though since you can still cancel your order by calling them. Another thing I would say as a minus is that my voucher were not acceptable on few restaurants as stated by them.

This has made my review delayed since my place, not many restaurants available. However, I couldn't selfishly blame Foodpanda for this since they're just working with so many restaurants to provide me the best service they could.

Overall, I would rate them

4 out of 5 

for all the goodness that they provided.

I would totally recommend them if you're looking for easy way for food take outs or simply just lazy to go out.
