My Routine Before and after Derma Rolling

how you guys feeling today? hope everything is wonderful<3

as promise i will share my routine before and after Derma Rolling.

as you know Derma Roller is a small hundreds of needles, and when you wan to used needles there always a precautions that you need to take seriously.

1. never ever share! one derma roller is for 1 person only. and to be very clean, 1 derma used for 1 part of your skin only. if you choose to use it for your face. then use for ur face only.

2. always clean the Derma Roller before or after usage.

3.always store the Derma in the Container after drying and clean.

i think this should cover it all. apart from that, Happy Derma Rolling!

Usually if i wanted to Derma Rolling my face, i will always do it at night before sleep and make sure i will not be working tomorrow. this is because i wan to let my face take its own time to heal after the derma rolling. oh yaa after derma rolling your face will be super red. not that pinkish cute kinna red. hahaha. but yaa i wan my face to abort all the serum that i put and i dont want to apply any other product than that.

so here goes my routine;

1st i will clean my face, there are 2 kind of days;

     1. i put honey on my face, let it dry and clean with my cleanser.

     2. i clean my face with my cleanser and used apple vinegar as toner.

Why honey? honey is a very good at deep cleansing your pores, try it to believe it.

Why Apple Vinegar? Apple Vinegar can act as toner and clean your face. (plus i dont have toner)

my kind of days is base on my kind of mood or what face needs at the moment.

2nd i will take my Derma Roller, let my face dry and clean my Derma Roller with Alcohol wipes(to make sure it clean before usage)

my Derma Roller has 540 Needles and it is 0.50mm

You can start smaller at 0.20 mm, 0.25mm or 0.30mm and you can also get this at Lazada.

3rd i will Start my Derma Rolling. practically the picture below explain very well about derma roller and you can also refer the step 1 2 3. that is how i Derma Rolling my face. oh thanks Google.

After i cover all part of my face, this is the time my face will be super red and this is also the very good time for you to apply your product in helping the healing process. so usually i will apply;

if you guys wanted to use this, just bare the pain. because it super pain! after Derma Rolling your skin practically an open wound and this is Vit C and smell like Orange, so yaa... in the box it self already mention that Slight stimulus may be experienced at the first time usage. this is the time you need to remember, Beauty is Pain! other wise, if u can't bare with it.. it is not necessary you need to wear it.

2. Bio Oil

you can get this at any pharmacy or drugstore near you.

Bio Oil known for specialist skincare for scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, ageing skin, dehydrated skin. and overall i need all that help. and again it is not necessary for you to use. it just enhance to help your skin

after i done, i will directly go to sleep. zzzZZZZZZZ. this what actually meant for the phase "i need my beauty sleep"
