Lisa Surihani is the new ambassador for UNICEF

Children is the future. Like any other children, they need love, education, comfortable home and etc. We should be grateful we receive all that, but what about for those that is less fortunate? How can we Malaysian help this children? That is where UNICEF came.

What is UNICEF?
UNICEF is an NGO's that promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything they do. They work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere. In Malaysia, UNICEF has been working since 1954 alongside the Government and other partners to build an environment in which all children can grow to fulfil their full potential


UNICEF have officially announce Lisa Surihani as the new ambassador for UNICEF in Malaysia. Lisa have multiple achievements in the entertainment industry in Malaysia. She has various awards. Apart being the Malaysia Sweetheart, Lisa is an affectionate and caring mother and wife. As Lisa quote “As a mother myself, I am more aware than ever of the care, love and resources a child needs”. As the official National ambassador, Lisa will be promoting and advancing the children’s right in Malaysia and globally through UNICEF’s initiative and campaigns.

Hello pretty awesome! I bet some of you already know that I went to Terrenganu for a friend/ blogger/ workmate wedding...
